unable to install this extension

I have trouble installing this with rancher-desktop 1.20.0 on Mac OS
I get either
The image ghcr.io/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop-rdx-open-webui:v0.1.0 has invalid extension metadata

or with a specific older version v0.0.8:
rdctl extension install "ghcr.io/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop-rdx-open-webui:v0.0.8"
Internal Server Error

Are the images required by the extension getting pulled ?

Would you be able to share the extensions.log and moby.log from your session? You should be able to open the folder containing logs via Troubleshooting > Show Logs in Rancher Desktop.
